Do you offer both fresh and artificial floral jewellery?

Yes. De Fleuristes offers both fresh flower jewellery and artificial floral jewellery.

Fresh flowers provide a natural look and fragrance, while artificial floral jewellery is generally more durable, reusable and easier to store or travel with.

Can I customise the colours?

Yes. Free colour customisation is available on eligible products.

You can send us a photograph of your outfit, colour palette or wedding theme and our team can help coordinate suitable colours.

Major changes to the original design, size, material or structure may involve an additional cost.

How do I place a custom order?

Select the design you like and contact our team through WhatsApp or website chat.

Please share:

• Delivery city or country

Our team will confirm the available customisation before your order proceeds.

How much advance payment is required?

An advance payment of Rs. 1,000 is required to confirm an order. The remaining balance is paid on delivery.

Fresh flowers: a minimum 50% advance is required to book your date, and the rest is paid before dispatch.

Your order is considered confirmed after the advance payment has been received and verified.

Can I pay the full amount in advance?

Yes. Customers can choose to pay the complete order amount in advance.

International orders may require full advance payment.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for the remaining balance of orders within Pakistan after the Rs. 1,000 advance payment has been received. COD is not available for fresh flowers.

Availability can depend on the delivery location and courier service.

Which payment methods are available?

Customers in Pakistan can make payments through our official Bank Alfalah account, JazzCash or Easypaisa.

International customers can use the designated MCB Bank account provided on our Payment Methods page.

Please always verify payment details before transferring funds.

Do I need to send proof of payment?

Yes.

After making a payment, send your payment screenshot or receipt through WhatsApp along with your name and order number.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered in 2–3 working days all over Pakistan.

Custom colour orders can take a few extra days – we confirm the date with you on WhatsApp before we start. If you are ordering for a specific wedding or event date, please tell us the date when you order.

Where do you deliver fresh flowers?

Fresh flower jewellery, gajray, malas and bouquets are delivered in Lahore by bike on your event date, and to nearby Punjab cities by bus service. Please book at least 7 days before your event; for urgent orders, WhatsApp us and we will check availability.

Do you deliver throughout Pakistan?

Yes. De Fleuristes delivers artificial floral jewellery and wedding essentials across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability for the destination.

Do you offer worldwide delivery?

Yes. Worldwide delivery is available for eligible artificial floral jewellery and wedding essentials.

International customers should contact us before ordering if they need assistance with shipping charges, payment or delivery timelines.

Can I order fresh flowers from abroad?

Yes. Fresh flowers are not shipped internationally, but families abroad can order fresh flower jewellery, gajray and malas for delivery in Lahore or nearby Punjab cities – for a wedding, Mehndi or Nikah back home.

Are artificial floral jewellery products reusable?

Most artificial floral jewellery can be reused when handled and stored carefully.

Keep the product away from moisture, excessive pressure and prolonged direct sunlight, and store it safely after use.

Can bride and groom garlands be customised?

Colour customisation is available on many eligible artificial floral garland designs.

Contact our team before ordering if you require a particular colour combination or coordinated bride-and-groom set.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order.

Changes may not be possible after production, customisation or preparation has started.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the order status and product type.

What if I need my order for a specific wedding date?

Please share your event date when ordering.

We strongly recommend ordering in advance, particularly during peak wedding season or when customisation is required.
