1. Fresh Flowers and Fresh Flower Products

We take great pride in our fresh flowers and flower arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of these items, we do not accept returns on fresh flowers or products made with fresh flowers. Fresh flowers are highly delicate and cannot be returned once delivered, as they lose their freshness and quality very quickly.


Exceptions:

If you receive a fresh flower product that does not match the order placed (e.g., incorrect flowers, arrangement, or delivery issues), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will review your case and, if necessary, offer a refund or replacement based on the discrepancy.

2. Stationery Items

We accept returns for stationery items, subject to the following conditions:


Inspection: Returned stationery items must be inspected before a refund is processed. The returned items should be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs: The cost of returning stationery items is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds for stationery items will be processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

International Returns (UAE and Other Regions) We accept returns for all international orders within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Buyer's Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs or provide a full replacement.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
