Shipping policy

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES

We dispatch within 48 hours of your order being confirmed.

Standard delivery - 5-7 working days after dispatch.
Express delivery - 2-3 working days after dispatch, Rs 500.

Custom colour-matched pieces take 3-5 working days to make
before dispatch.

ORDERING FOR A WEDDING OR EVENT

Please order at least 10 days before your event for standard
delivery, or 6 days for express delivery.

Tell us your event date at checkout and we will confirm it before
we begin your order. If we cannot comfortably meet your date, we
will tell you before dispatch and refund your advance in full. We
would rather turn an order away than let it arrive after your
function.

Express delivery is available on advance-paid orders only, so we
can prioritise and dispatch immediately.

HOW TO PAY

Standard delivery Rs 290, free on orders over Rs 7,000.
Express delivery Rs 850, free on orders over Rs 15,000.

TRACKING

You receive a tracking number by SMS and email as soon as your
parcel is dispatched. Once it is with the courier, their timelines
are outside our direct control - but you are not on your own.
Message us on WhatsApp and we will chase the courier ourselves and
keep you updated until it arrives.

IF DELIVERY IS MISSED

The courier will attempt delivery, then hold your parcel at their
nearest office. In a small number of remote areas doorstep delivery
is not available. If that applies to your address, we will message
you with collection details in advance so it is never a surprise.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. Any customs
duties or import taxes are payable by the recipient.
