Order & Payment Information

At De Fleuristes, a partial advance payment is required to confirm every order. This helps us reserve your order, begin preparation, and process customised products securely.

Advance Payment Requirement

A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total order value or Rs. 1,000 — whichever amount is higher — is required to confirm your order.

For example:

• If 30% of your order is Rs. 750, the required advance will be Rs. 1,000.
• If 30% of your order is Rs. 2,400, the required advance will be Rs. 2,400.

Your order is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and verified.

Remaining Balance

After the advance payment is made, the remaining balance can be paid according to the payment option available for your order.

Depending on your location and order type, the remaining amount may be paid:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) where available
• Through an approved online payment or bank transfer
• In full before dispatch, where required

International orders and certain customised orders may require full payment before dispatch.

Order Confirmation

Once your advance payment has been verified, your order will move into processing.

Please make sure that your:

• Name
• Contact number
• Delivery address
• Product selection
• Colour/customisation requirements
• Event date, where applicable

are correct before your order enters production.

Custom & Colour Orders

De Fleuristes offers free colour customisation on eligible floral jewellery designs.

Please share your required colours, outfit reference or wedding theme before production begins.

Major changes to the original design, size, flower type, structure or accessories may involve an additional charge and must be confirmed separately.

Once a customised product has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

Order Processing & Event Dates

If your order is required for a Mehndi, Mayon, Haldi, Nikah, wedding or another event, please provide your event date when placing the order.

We strongly recommend ordering in advance, particularly during peak wedding season.

Processing and delivery times can vary depending on:

• Product type
• Customisation
• Order quantity
• Wedding-season demand
• Delivery destination

Advance Payment & Cancellations

Advance payments are used to secure and begin processing your order.

Once production, customisation or preparation of an order has started, the advance payment may be non-refundable.

Cancellation and refund eligibility will be handled according to the De Fleuristes Return & Refund Policy.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and remaining available to receive their parcel.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept the parcel or failure to pay the remaining COD amount, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be dispatched again.

Advance payments may not be refundable in such cases.

Discounts & Promotional Offers

Discounts, sale prices and promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and availability.

Unless otherwise stated, the advance payment requirement remains:

30% of the total order value or Rs. 1,000, whichever is higher.

International Orders

International orders may have different payment and shipping requirements.

Depending on the destination and product type, full payment may be required before dispatch.
