Advance Payment Requirement

⚠️ A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total order value or Rs. 1,000 — whichever is higher — is required to confirm your order.

Your order is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and verified by our team.

For example:

• If 30% of your order total is Rs. 750, the minimum advance required will be Rs. 1,000.

• If 30% of your order total is Rs. 3,000, the minimum advance required will be Rs. 3,000.

Customers may also choose to pay the complete order amount in advance.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for the remaining balance of eligible orders within Pakistan once the required advance payment has been received.

COD availability may depend on:

• Order value

• Product type

• Delivery location

• Customisation

• Courier availability

The required advance payment must be completed before an eligible COD order is considered confirmed.

Full Advance Payment

💳 Customers can choose to pay 100% of their order amount in advance instead of using partial payment with COD.

Full advance payment means there is no remaining product balance to collect upon delivery, subject to any separate shipping, government or courier charges that may apply.

For certain customised, high-value or international orders, full advance payment may be required before processing or dispatch.

Taxes & Additional Charges

Any government-mandated taxes, withholding amounts, courier charges or other applicable fees will be handled according to the prevailing regulations and the payment/delivery method selected.

Where additional COD-specific government or courier charges apply, these may be included in the amount payable at delivery.

Customers choosing full advance payment will not have a remaining COD product balance, although any other legally applicable charges will still be handled according to prevailing requirements.
