Clear support from colour matching to careful delivery.
Dispatch & delivery
Each article may have a different preparation time. Customised orders can require additional time. If your event is within the next 14 days, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and the most realistic delivery estimate.
Secure packaging
Your order is carefully arranged and protected to reduce movement during transit. Please handle floral, pearl and hanging details gently when opening the package.
Complimentary colour matching
Send us a clear photograph of your outfit on WhatsApp before placing the order. Our team will guide you through available shades and suitable combinations.
Care instructions
Store the jewellery flat in its packaging. Keep it away from moisture, perfume, direct sunlight and heavy pressure. Lift delicate pieces from their base rather than pulling floral or hanging details.
Payments, returns & custom orders
Advance payment confirms a handcrafted order. Return eligibility can differ for customised and made-to-order articles. Please review our payment and return policies before ordering, and report any transit damage promptly with clear photographs and an opening video.
